By completing and submitting the electronic order you are making an offer to purchase goods that, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. A binding contract will only result when we have notified you that your goods have been dispatched.
Orders will not be processed until all funds have cleared in full.
All transactions will be carried out in Sterling. The laws of the United Kingdom govern all purchases via this website.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. You will of course always have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices listed on site are in Pound Sterling.
Payment is taken upon placement of your order. We use Paypal to take your payment through a secure payment gateway, either using your own Paypal account or via credit or debit card. Any payment that comes through as an ‘echeque’ payment will not be despatched until clearance of the payment. This typically takes 5 – 7 days.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can return unwanted goods for a full refund of the original paid amount within 14 days of receiving the goods. An exception of this is bespoke made to order items.
Mailing costs incurred in returning the goods will not be refunded. All goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ resaleable condition. It is advisable to use a recorded delivery service, or at a minimum obtain a proof of posting a the post office.
We have a no-quibble money-back guarantee for any items found to be faulty. Please first contact via the contact form so that arrangements can be made for the item to be returned. Curled Up will reimburse postage costs of the return of the faulty goods to the customer.

Any codes must be inputted prior to payment being taken, discount codes are not applied to orders in retrospect.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.
All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Curled Up and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the website without Curled Up’s express written consent. In particular, you may not copy images, utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization of any substantial parts of this website, without Curled Up’s express written consent. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (i.e. our prices and product listings) parts of this website without Curled Up’s express written consent.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them and decide to cancel the order rather than re-arrange delivery, we will provide you with a full refund.
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing sent to our contact address at 9 High Street, Sevenoaks, Kent TN14 7TB or via email to email@example.com.
Changes to Legal Notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
